• Move out after each 1 year lease term without penalty
• Elect to lease the home up to 5 years*
• Purchase the home any time during tenancy

How It Works:
Call your Bonomo Realty agent to get started – Lease Right to Purchase Program

• Prospective household applies for approval
• Approved prospective household finds a Home Partners qualified home
• Home Partners buys the qualified home, approved household leases from HomePartners
• Approved household has the right to purchase the home
